Bis zur geplanten Einweihung im September gibt es aber noch einiges zu tun.<br>In den letzten Wochen und Monaten wurden die Heizungs- und Elektroarbeiten weitgehend abgeschlossen, der Estrich verlegt sowie der Innenputz angebracht. Eine neue Treppe f\u00fchrt vom Erdgeschoss in das Dachgeschoss, in welchem sp\u00e4ter das Dorfarchiv untergebracht werden soll. Von au\u00dfen sichtbar sind der Einbau neuer Fenster und das Bauger\u00fcst, welches bereits auf die bevorstehen-den Putzarbeiten an der Fassade hinweist. Im Gange sind derzeit Sanierungs-arbeiten an der Mauerkrone der Gartenmauer und die Erneuerung der \u00dcberdachung der Freitreppe an der Ostseite des Geb\u00e4udes. Als n\u00e4chstes stehen der Einbau von neuen Haust\u00fcren sowie Fliesen- und Malerarbeiten im Innern an. F\u00fcr die Gestaltung der Au\u00dfenanlagen ist bereits der Auftrag erteilt und f\u00fcr die Inneneinrichtung\/-ausstattung sind die Planungen weit fortgeschritten. \u00dcberlegungen gibt es auch, wie das geplante Dorfarchiv im Dachgeschoss des Geb\u00e4udes ausgestaltet werden k\u00f6nnte und f\u00fcr den Biergarten im Innenhof. Dazu bittet der Verein \u201eFreunde Kooperatorenhaus Beidl\u201c um finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung im Rahmen eines Crowdfundings der  Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Nordoberpfalz. Unter dem Motto \u201eViele schaffen mehr\u201c soll die f\u00fcr den Biergartenbetrieb erforderliche Ausstattung<br>(Sitzgarnituren, Theke, Grill, K\u00fchlschr\u00e4nke usw.) finanziert werden. Ziel ist es, einen Treffpunkt f\u00fcr die Menschen aus der Pfarrei in den Sommermonaten zu schaffen und so das soziale Leben im Dorf zu st\u00e4rken.
